Shipping address

All orders confirmed by shop.metallux.ch will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer during checkout. It is possible to choose whether to receive the shipment at your home or another address by specifying it in the checkout.

The shop shop.metallux.ch uses for shipping different transport companies depending on the type of product shipped and its destination. As soon as the package is withdrawn from our warehouses by the transport company, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the shipment with the code and the link to track it. If at the time of delivery, the owner of the order is not present at the address indicated, the transport company will contact the owner of the order to arrange delivery. It is also possible to follow the status of the shipment by following the instructions in the email confirmation of shipment or contact Customer Care at customercare@shop.metallux.ch to get information on your package if it has not yet been delivered on time by indicating the order number, name, address and city of delivery. It is not possible to check the inside of the package upon delivery, but if the Customer finds any anomalies (open or visibly damaged box), he can refuse the delivery indicating the reason. He must then contact Metallux Online Shop customer service at customercare@shop.metallux.ch describing the reason for refusal. If the package is damaged during transport but is nevertheless accepted, New Works Webtech Srl will not be held responsible for damages claimed later by the customer, since the withdrawal of the order has been certified intact.

The delivery forecast indicated on the purchase page is to be considered purely indicative. No indemnity can be requested from New Works Webtech Srl in case of damages due to delay, interruption, total or partial suspension of deliveries. This also applies to cases of delays, interruptions or suspensions due to causes that may alter the procurement and distribution process such as: work interruptions, labor unrest, delays attributable to suppliers, energy deficiencies, suspension of transport, etc..

If requested to the customer service, after sending the order, New Works Webtech Srl will issue an invoice of the material shipped, sending it by email or inserting it inside the shipment, to the holder of the order, in accordance with Article 14 D.P.R. 445/2000. For the emission of the invoice they make faith the information furnished from the Customer to the action of the demand. The expenses of delivery are to load of the Customer and come explicit in center of effettuazione of the order. The payment of the goods from part of the Customer will happen using the modalities available to the action of the order.

At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged. Possible damages must be immediately contested to the courier who makes the delivery. Once signed the document of the courier, the Customer will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Eventual inherent problems the physical integrity, the correspondence or the completeness of the received products must be signalled within 7 days from the happened delivery according to the modalities previewed in the present document. In case of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier due to repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer when ordering, the order will be automatically canceled.

Customs charges

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs charges that are established by the customs of the country of destination. For the above-mentioned countries New Works Webtech Srl cannot foresee the amount of these charges which are borne by the buyer and must be paid upon delivery of the products, directly to the competent tax or customs authorities or to the courier in charge of the delivery.
