Due to the nature of the products sold, mishandling them renders them unusable. Since it is not possible to establish whether the product has been handled in the correct manner and since it is not possible to verify its operation without using it and thus rendering it unusable for subsequent use, the right of return is only valid if the original packaging has never been opened.
